My card is not yet complete but figured I would begin posting the plays I already locked in. For the purposes of my picks here I will just post the current line. Many of the lines for this event that I got were much better (I have BJ Penn -170 for example).
UFC 101!! BJ Penn -230 (BETUS).....4.6 to win 2.0 Anderson Silva -350 (BETUS)....5.25 to win 1.5 Kurt Pellegrino +190 (Bodog)....1.0 to win 1.9
Like I said, I am still working on rounding out my full card and will post the remainder of my plays by either tomorrow or Tuesday!

Adding: Johnny Hendricks EVEN (Bodog)....1.0 to win 1.0 Ricardo Almeida -150 (Sportsbook.com)....1.5 to win 1.0 Aaron Riley -160 (Bodog)....1.6 to win 1.0
That pretty much rounds out the rest of my card. Good luck Saturday Night and let's cash some winners!

There is more value on the favorites on this card than the dogs. I am betting for value, not see how many dogs I can hit. My first two plays (and only ones to actually take place so far) I ever posted on this site in Sengoku Sunday morning were both dogs. I have 4 faves on this card and 2 dogs. Big deal. Also, when you are betting favorites you need to be better because if you lose a -200+ that really hurts.

Also...just a FYI and follow up on betting faves....I actually think I layed more juice in UFC 100 (though I wasn;t on this board actively posting yet) than I am here.

I wouldn't pay attention to him. He probably doesn't realize that everyone has their own betting style, and you shouldn't drift too far from it. Personally all I do is bet on favorites, I think in the past year I have only bet on 2 maybe 3 underdogs, I am just not that good at finding the dogs that win. I am much much more better at finding the faves who matchup up extremely well with their opponent. There is nothing wrong with laying juice as long as you're picking winners, besides you can always just parlay some fights together to help get rid of the juice. GL this weekend Pip. I will be on BJ and more than likely throw Silva in a parlay. I think I might bet on Hendricks but that is more of a blind fade of Sadollah. Amir never really impressed me on TUF he just got lucky that CB Dolloway walked right into not one but two triangles.

Yea....and as we have seen since the show CB Dolloway's submission defense isn't all that great (getting subbed by Tom Lawlow...wtf???? ). GL to you Saturday night!

I'm not betting on him, but I would love to see Forrest win.
But you are right, there isn't much value in the underdogs with this card. My strategy is to bet on who I think will win, and if it's a the right price, regardless of whether it's a dog or a favorite.

Hey PIP check out my picks me and you are on all the same fighters. Good luck, and who cares if its easy to pick favorites as long as you come out ahead at the end of the day, which i think we will
