I wished I could have taken back my wager on conor. Soon as his face hit the screen it was clear this is not the same dude that fought against Alvarez or any of the other fights. When he got in the cage he looked soft and all his antics looked forced. His billionaire strut looked forced, when Buffer announced him that stuff looked forced. One big thing i noticed was conor asking for water multiple times when he was getting in the cage and inside of it/had to be reminded to hug his team. His mind was scrambled. He was beaten before the fight began IMO...which is a complete role reversal for him.

Thought he looked nervous at the press conferences. Thought he looked sloppy and not nearly as precise as we've seen him in the past at the open workouts but I chalked that up to more of a poker face kind of move on his part. None of his antics had any effect on Khabib whatsoever and I think that bothered him. Diaz is the only one who's ever done kinda the same thing but at least he engaged with conor a little more. Khabib was calm, cold and calculated which is way more terrifying than a loud mouth. conor was scared IMO

Getting paid all that dough from the "money" fight and having a baby done changed him a bit i believe. Living the good life, partying and coking it up all the time has made him soft. Maybe he gets it back maybe he doesn't IDK but I used to like it when he was just having fun laughing talking shet and "bouncing heads off of canvases"(not how he was in the build-up for this or the Mayweather fight)
