After seeing Penn in the ring after GSP won, I have to believe this fight is going to happen. If GSP takes it, they could make the biggest fight ever with GSP vs A.SILVA.
Mega match? Anderson Silva would CRUSH GSP, thus why he's stepping up for toughing competetion, while GSP just sits and waits for smaller guys to step up.

Smaller guys? BJ Penn walks around just about the same size that GSP does. GSP convincingly beats everyone thats put in front of him, guys that destroy everyone else they face. If you say Jon Fitch was a nobody, you don't know MMA. Anderson Silva is great, dont' get me wrong, but I don't think hes really been tested with the competition that GSP has, in my opinion

You really can't compare the competition, because Dan Henderson is better than every single one of those guys you mentioned that GSP has beaten. You automatically lose credibility when you bring up the name Matt Serra. The guy is a scrub who should be fighting at 155.
If Silva ever fights GSP and the line is somewhat reasonable (as in -275 or less) I can't wait to hammer that line.

I guarantee Silva will destroy GSP if they ever meet up, and I still can't take you seriously.

No where did I say Fitch was a nobody. But you say GSP convincingly beats everyone they put in front of him, you mean like Matt Hughes the 1st time? Matt Serra the 1st time? Yes he got revenge, but he isn't untouchable.
GSP just needs to step up and fight Anderson Silva to see if he has what it takes, before Silva gets comfortable at 205.
I hope Penn takes it too him, I really like BJ, but I feel GSP might be a little to big for him, even if Penn does walk around the same weight as GSP as you say...big difference though, GSP still looks ripped at 180 while Penn looks kind of flabby
I just feel that they need to eliminate some of these classes to avoid any confusion. Why do you need a 155, 185 and 205? Why not just lightweight, under 180 and heavyweight 180+? I just hate the weight classes where guys walk around at 210 then cut weight to make 185 or 165. Just my opinion, a guy really isn't in a weight class that he has to lose 30-40 pounds to make weight.
