After his last couple fights Bonnar should be out of the UFC if he loses another decision, UFC loves fighters who finish which is why they give the KO/Submission of the night type bonuses, public also loves finishes . I am almost certain I heard Dana White say that Bonnar is in the UFC for life, just because of what he did on that TUF Finale. I personally find Bonnar extremely overrated and for a guy who took Forrest to a decision he really has not improved like Forrest has, not even close.
If Bonnar and Tito fought I would say Tito wins in vintage fashion through GnP probably in the late 2nd or 3rd rd.
