UFC 268 Co-Main Event

I'm taking Weili Zhang to regain the title at -115.

I watched the 1st fight a number of times & it just looked like to me that Zhang was a little overconfident. Credit to thug Rose for disguising her head kick as well as she did. I suspect Zhang won't fall into that same trap a 2nd time. Zhang looks like the much harder striker & I am sure she will be super prepared for this re-match. Zhang is also very hard to take down. I'm fairly certain no one has taken her down since she joined the UFC. But, the main reason I like Zhang in this fight is that I feel she has much better cardio than Rose. Which means if the fight goes into the championship rounds. Zhang should have a decided edge in that regard. You know both fighters will be extra cautious after what happen in the 1st fight. Especially Zhang. So, I would be surprised if the fight ended early. Bottom line, I see Zhang winning by late decision or even late KO. We'll see. Best of luck whoever you bet.

Zhang lost no doubt. Either she's not as good as I thought, or Rose is just getting better and better. Time will tell. But, the fact that Zhang never tried to get up after being taken down in RD 5 is a little perplexing. The fight was obviously tied going into that last RD. So, the only way she had a chance to win was to at least TRY to scramble up unto her feet. The judge that gave Zhang the fight, needs a new pair of glasses.
