Why so confident on Roy? I certainly think this fight can go either way, especially with both of their heavyweight knockout power. Look how many people thought Bigfoot was a lock this past weekend over Arlovski.

By no means am I saying this is a lock. However, when you look at who has more ways to win the fight, Nelson has a big advantage.
Nelson also tends to fight intelligently. I think he will do what Stephan Struve should have done which is put Hunt on his back and work for submissions.
Also, whenever I cap a fight, I try to predict what the opening line will be. When there is such a large discrepancy, I will typically hammer it if it is in my favor. Normally, the lines open fairly close to my estimates. However, I thought Nelson should've opened around a -175 favourite in this fight, not as a dog.

too risky MR. we all know or atleast i know roy has more ways to win.
im leaning hunt but who knows, i would love to see roy take him down in the 1st rd (we know he can) but we're all thinking roys gonna gas out and hunt can push a better pace

What's crazy about this fight is most people like both guys for many different reasons. You'd figure Roy will take him down but Mark just seems to find a way.

Ballsy, ballsy play Mister. Not the play itself, but the units!!! I had a post about the line too but now I'm really wondering.
I think the nostalgia of Hunt fighting in Japan has something to do with the line being the way it is. Otherwise, I just don't have a clue why the line opened the way did.

I am not sure why anyone would think Hunt has better cardio than Nelson. Hunt was breathing pretty heavily by round two in both the Bigfoot and Struve fights.

I think he is a very lucky not to be zero and three for his last three fights. That draw against Bigfoot was bull$hit. I was on the Hunt and got lucky. There is no way that fifth-round should've been scored 10-8. He got knocked out by JDS, and Struve practically giftwrapped that victory for Hunt.

The ref saved Silva in that fight!!! Jumped when Hunt was dropping bombs because he had blood all over his face. Later that round Hunt missed a trip take down that would have finished Silva off, instead damn near got finished!!! The struve fight I'll give you, but left hook from hunt is money.

Why does everyone think Hunt is some type of cardio machine and/or will have a cardio advantage in this fight?!? His cardio is awful as well! He has been completely gassed entering round 2 of every single one of his UFC fights that have gone that long.
