First of all, sorry for the late post this morning.  To those that got TX/BAL at 10.5, nice work.  I make my plays in the AM so I occasionally get a worse line but it's all good as I know it evens out in the end.
 
Guys please stick with the program, discipline and minimal juice in baseball (unusual heavy fav today though) are the keys to sucess.  I have a big card today.  I can't remember the last time I played 4 games.  Best of luck today!  I'll provide the winners, you guys show the discipline.

why are you playing 4 games today?? you know it is very hard to even win 3 games and lose only 1..

based on my mathematical calculations, you have 12.5% chance of winning three games, while 6.2% to win all four. so the odds isn't  very good here. 


why not just play 1 or 2 games(very strong ones) max

You crack me up.  He actually mentions it's very rare for him to play 4 plays, and you question it anyway?  Further proof that no matter what you do or how good you do it, someone will always appear out of nowhere and try to second guess

 

Obviously he sees something that fits his criteria in these 4 games.  Either that or he's just not paying attention.  Think about it for a moment and see which one of those makes more sense.  And by the way, you don't have to follow him at all if you're not comfortable with 4 plays once every few months.  Or, pick 3 and go with those stronger ones.

acurrent... I apologize.  I shouldn't have been so harsh.  You're relatively new, and you probably haven't taken the time to go back through barbs' posts to see how seldom he plays 4 games.  I should cut you some slack.  But for what it's worth, I've been following barbs for a little while now, and despite what a few troublemaking rejects say, it's pretty clear he knows his stuff.  Tail him in a responsible way and you'll do just fine.

All of Barbs picks look good except SF.  The Dodgers will crush Korreia with his 1 win in his last 10 games.  Manny went 0-5 last night.  That will not happen again...trust me.  Kuroda is on the upswing of his form cycle and will dominate this horrible hitting squad.  GL with all of your other picks Barbs.
