Drink to oblivion - pass out - rough day at work with a hangover - don't look over the games - and then toss out advice without thinking or 'capping. That is not a formula for success.
Get your s--t together, the free world depends on you!
You don't want this thread to depend on JEG and the Giants do you?

Philly 1st 5 ML(+130) *1/1.30
Montgomery/Eflin scheduled
The line says it all. Eflin battled back spasms in summer camp and hasn't pitched yet this year. Bookies are throwing a baited hook on the Yankees easy price. All though, the Yankees could easily destroy Phillies bullpen, hence a 1st 5 play only

Nope I'm still here and I got banged up yesterday in my picks. But I won't ever leave y'all. Hot days and cold days are a part of the game. Just posted a encyclopedia of stuff on here. But yeah people get banged up and they jet. Its the ones who get hot all season and then covers bans them.

Much agreed key..been a long time follower of yours on here. If your doing this for a living then you don't stop unless there is no sports again lmao. But I don't transition into NFL or college ball until week 3. Pro usually are just getting settled in from not playing in preseason and college kids usually the 18 year olds are learning to play in the big boy stadiums. Instead of the little stadiums in their high school hometowns. Got to wait for then nerves to settle down.

ta2dtx - "back in the day" when I did a lot of football the first three weeks were short dogs or low lines only. October was the month to make money and November was the time for backing off as the lines got too darn sharp. That was always my objection to football, too little season and too little opportunity.

You could bet the Yankees second half since you love them so much, where is the Giants play, nothing but money,Hunter ever get a hit?Hope he does not have the Virus, that is the only thing that could slow him down,we have 2 teams out already, this shit is not going away until peeps stay home.Calif.I think had to pass a law that if someone you work with gets it they have to tell you,why would we need that law. Sac = after hooker night.

Now the teams make so much money they can travel 3 days before games to get used to time change, just a couple days of rooms and per diem, that stuff now is all figured out before season, back in the day when players were making 10,000 a year they were always cutting cost, like sac said, blow into town day before and leave town after that game.

I can't pick dogs, I'm too much of a square I guess, favourites or totals for me, whenever I play dogs I fail miserably, my risk aversion has probably something to do with it. That being said, when it comes to the Yankees I agree they are overpriced and there is obviously value in fading them, but with these special circumstances it's harder than in a normal season.
Yankees would be even more dangerous, if they would address one big issue they have, batting wise: plate discipline. I was watching the game last night, Nola made them look like fools, they were swinging at anything, granted some guys are free swingers, like Stanton or Sanchez, but the most ridiculous at bat was by Andujar: Nola didn't throw him a single strikeout and he still went down on strikes, now that's is an "accomplishment", as a batter, even though I know Andujar is coming off a missed season and he wants to prove himself, but c'mon man.
I'm saying this because Sac likes his K props, so whenever the Yankees play a strikeout pitcher, imo his K prop is worth a play, because Yankees M.O., batting wise is to swing for the fences, that's why some of them lack plate discipline and that can't be addressed when your mindset is to hit homers.
Btw, all that back in the day talk reminded me of that scene in The Wire with Cheese: There is no back in the day....

I was DEAD wrong about this team, I'll take it 100%. Kyle Gibson fell off a cliff, Kluber got hurt, Minor is going through the motions, Willie Calhoun got drilled in the face with a fastball so I don't blame him much(that sh*t is scary), Odor has mastered the strikeout...
Maybe give em 3 to 4 years to rebuild D?
