I went 10-4 yesteday!!! I knew i would get back on track. Lets just hope this continues. BOL EVERYONE!!!

Cleveland Indians -131: The Indians are the best home team in the MLB this year and are back on track after losing consecutive games against a revamped Rays team who is the best road team. The Mariners are no where close skill level wise as the Tampa Bay Rays. The Mariners struggle to get runs and are facing a very offensive Indians team. The Indians are going with a promising young pitcher in Alex White. He has started his career off farely well. Gave up only 2 runs to the Rangers and 3 to the Angels. Both games pitching into the sixth inning. The Mariners will counter with Erik Bedard. This guy has found his groove but still struggles against the Cleveland Indians. He has gone 0-2 with a 7.71 ERA dating back to 2009. Im going to roll with the better home team hear for a farely reasonable price.

Florida Marlins -122: I find it very hard to back the Nationals i any game. Especially in this huge mismatch. The Marlins are already a pretty good road team at 9-6. They are also 17-9 against right handed pitchers. The Marlins are going to roll with Anibal Sanchez. He is struggling mightily on the road posting a 6.60 ERA, but he has faced very good teams on the road. That plus the fact that he has never lost to the Nationals draws my attention. Sanchez is 6-0 with a 2.16 ERA. The Nationals lack of offense should also help him boost his confidence a little bit. The Nationals are going to go with Livan Hernandez. This matchup has already occurred this year and Sanchez got the best of it with a 8-0 blowout. Hernandez is having an alright year at home but has struggled his last two starts. He is 0-2 with a 7.94 ERA.

Atlanta Braves -158: The Braves are looking for some revenge here. They lost last night to Hamels and the Phillies and are looking to get some payback. The Braves are putting the Amazing Jair Jurrjens on the bump. He is on of the biggest surprises to me this year. He has posted an amazing 4-0 and a 1.50 ERA this year. Plus a life-time record of 4-3 with a 2.45 ERA against the Phillies. Jurrjens out-dueled Cole Hamels last time he was on the mound. I just can't see Blanton outdueling him. Joe Blanton has put up a 1-1 record and a 5.83 ERA this year. He also doesn't have much success against he Braves either. He has a 1-3 record with a 5.40 ERA against Atlanta. Roll with the Braves to get it going today.

White Sox +103: The White Sox are getting no respect against a offenseless Athletics team. Chicago is actually a very good team, they just hit a very rough patch at the beginning of the year. But have found their groove. They have won 5 of their last 6 games while outscoring opponents 31-15. The White Sox will give Gavin Floyd the ball. He has posted a respectable 4-2 record with a 3.67 ERA. But its his success against the A's that helps me pull the trigger. He is 3-0 with a 1.32 ERA against the A's and is 3-0 with a 1.64 ERA in his last 3 road starts. The Athletics are going to go with Tyson Ross. He is a great young pitcher but i just can't see the Athletics giving him enough run support. I do think it will be close and low scoring however. So i am also going to roll with the UNDER 7.5 as well.

Detroit Tigers -1.5 (+155) (POD): The Detroit Tigers are on an absolute tear right now. It's redicilous. The Tigers, who have outscored opponents 46-17 during their six-game run, have won nine of 10 with their starters going 8-1 with a 1.87 ERA. After going 1/3 with a 6.11 ERA over his first six starts, Penny (3-3, 4.78 ERA), too, has played a key role in that winning stretch, compiling a 1.32 ERA en route to winning both his outings. This game should not even be close. Royals are going to give the ball to a struggling pitcher in Jeff Francis. Royals probable starter Jeff Francis (0-4, 5.09) is 0-4 with a 7.11 ERA in his last five games. He is also 0-2 with an 8.36 ERA in three road starts this season.

Colorado Rockies -1.5 (+115): The Padres offense has been clicking lately. But i think that stops today against Jhoulys Chacin. He has pitched awesome this year and especially at home. He has posted a 2-1 home record with a 1.21 ERA. That with the fact that Aaron Harang is starting makes me like this play alot. Aaron Harang start this season as one of the best pitchers. But in his last 3 starts he has showed his old form. He has gone 1-2 with a 7.00 ERA. Facing Harang will help Colorado get back on track with their offensive fire power.

New York Mets -113: R.A. Dickey has not been himself this year, however, he has been doing an amazing job on the road this year. He has gone 1-0 with a 1.42 ERA. I feel that the Mets and Astros are fairly similar offensively, but New York has the advantage on the mound. Plus the Mets have a few more big name players. Astros don't have much of a home field advantage either. They have gone 8-11 while the Mets have a better road record at 9-9. New York has also hit lefties reasonably well this year and have gone 7-3 against them. This is a very good price for a better team. I will also put  a small play on Mets -1.5 (+140). Houston Astros have been getting dominated recently and the Mets are hitting their stride.

Angels/Rangers OVER 8: The Rangers offense got to the Angels best pitcher last night. Dan Haren is a great pitcher but is just not in the same league as Jered Weaver. If the Rangers lethal offense can get to him then they can definitely get to Haren. The Angels are not known to be very offensive, but silently they are one of the highest scoring road teams in the MLB averaging 5.4 runs. They will up against a struggling Derek Holland. I see this thing reaching a total in the Double Digits.

Pirates/Brewers OVER 8.5: Both Narveson AND Karstens are struggling. Narveson has a 8.16 ERA in his last 3 starts while Karstens has a 8.64 ERA on the Road. Neither pitcher has fared well either against each others teams. Both averaging 4 runs every meeting.

San Francisco Giants -107 (POD #2): The Giants should be able to roll in this one. They lost last night to the Cubs. That was their first loss in 7 games. Vogelsong is a great young pitcher and should get the Giants back on track. Im going to take San Fran at an amazing price.
