Dumb way to end a night! Why would you allow a starting pitcher to throw two pitches and then put the game into an extended rain delay?

I'm not one to believe in fixes but that one had me wondering. In one rain delay, they eliminated the Gopher Ball King and Atlanta's pitching advantage. It was well known that chances of thunderstorms was possible 3-4 hours before game time and 1-2 hours after the scheduled start. How they decided to start on time with all that going on is beyond me.

I thought the same thing tin........very suspicious.      No rhyme or reason to them starting that game
