philly/pitt i play the tie and got 3-3 winner... WOW .. only the 2nd time tie saved me however ...is that a 2 unit nyy and 5 unit on met picks ? (with that * indicator) #25 post

  oh i would think you are spot on that i lose juice in the long haul... but i am stubborn and do it anyway...i play so small i usually make it up along the way... but i think it IS ONLY THE 2nd time (that i can recall at the moment)  a tie saved me...so you right in the long run...thanks for posting some fun

Week before all star break 95 games  49 NRFI  46 had runs scored   2 of the 46 were a non-(0-0) tie

Looking at the games on fan duel it looks like there's about a ten cent increase on the tie line vs the NRFI line

Assuming a 130/100 fav on NRFI's  betting every game NRFI would produce a loss of -108

Assuming a 140/100 fav on ties betting every game tie would produce a loss of -106

Might be a slight edge on the tie strategy if you bet every game but it's only one week   My guess is it's close

 

However if you're tailing the Bettorific picks that result may be different since he has been good at carving out the run scoring type first inning matchups  so I think it might be even less of a difference on his picks    Probably a wash or close to it

not sure...they keep changing the time...which generally makes me cancel bets BUT

i like this a lot so i'll keep my bet there

if they start within the next 30 minutes they can get the game in

weather looks clear on radar
