This is one issue I have with this current babying of pitchers. It's the damn playoffs. The dude was throwing a one-hitter and showed no signs of fatigue. This loss is on the manager.
You need to be careful changing pitchers on the Mets late in the game if what you have out there is working. Only change pitchers for situational reasons if needed. I mean, even the random person knows the Mets have been coming back late in the game recently when opposing teams change what's working on them. Don't these people look at trends?
