Well . . . at least Zito is consistently terrible, so that makes him somewhat worthy of adoration.

I'm less familiar w/ Wells. It seems like he gets paid to hit HR's and he isn't hitting very many. So . . . that's beginning to look like a good chunk of change that the J's would like to have back.

Point being, Wells still has a shot at redemption. Zito is just terrible, though. His bloated contract is weighing down the whole Giants organization. When it comes time to pay Lincecum, they are going to have to pay him that much more . . . thanks to Zito. Peter McGowen basically screwed The Giants. If they don't make it back to the dance soon, they will be adrift for another 50 seasons.
