I played one small parlay sized at 0.50% of my bankroll. I bought the runs as part of the parlay bc that move from 6.5 to 7 is quite valuable in MLB.
The lines on my other 4 wagers (amounting to 4% of bankroll) were -113, +138, -110, and +120.
Count me in as confused by this comment.
I do not even know why you comment on this.. it is your money so do what you want with it. Secondly, you share your picks here with others for free, and as long as I can remember you have not put a gun to my head, forcing me to play...
Keep up the good work BoB, we have a very long season ahead of us.

Co-sign. Keep up the good work, BoB. Most of us here, if not almost all, appreciate the time and effort you put into your postings!

There is an anti-dote for King Scorpio (like there is for scorpions), ignore him. He does the same thing in all the winners threads just begging for attention. I have asked all my people to ignore all bashers and miscreants. Don't post even to chew them out. Given a little time, most of them stop coming back, due to the lack of attention they crave. Give it a try.

I just wasted time tying out a long response to this… covers erased it when I tried to post.
Long story short, 1-3 isn't an unlikely outcome when your weighted-average line is +110 if the true odds were actually reflective of the line. If the lines were, in fact, correct then you'd hit less than 50% of the time. WIth a sample size of 4, you do the math.
Day to day outcomes are generally meaningless over the course of the season if you're not a moron with scaling your bets in a consistent manner. I am no stranger to having prolonged periods of losing money or making money. Both happen if you put risk on every day in several games.
Just like if you flipped a coin 10 times every day. Sometimes you'd get 7 heads and sometimes you'd get 7 tails. Neither is sustainable when taken collectively over a long period of time (e.g., 6 months of baseball).
I am most concerned about studying my results, determining both where I have failed and succeeded, and whether I need to adjust my approach. I liked my picks and nothing that happened today changed my mind on that.

probably a wise idea. Sometimes I make the mistake of assuming that everyone is sane and you can reason with them.

man - tough break on the Phillies F5 play. Ugh. Thought that would hit when the phillies took the lead in the 4th. Boo
That ump was giving Harper balls when it shoulda been strikes, the Nationals T.V announcers were joking they are bff's.. that walk and run for Harper in the 4th really screwed us in the f5.

A quick look at his recent posts shows KingScorpio does nothing but go into the top viewed threads and insult the OP. He clearly doesn't read anything but the last post, or he'd know how stupid he looks calling a guy with a solid documented record 'desperate'.
Member since 2006 and it's all pseudo-nonsense about Vegas, public, and insulting people.
He's not worth any more of anyone's time.
