You are like the SF Giants homers who used to argue Bonds was clean because he never failed a test.
Get a clue my friend. THIS has nothing to do with guilty or innocence. Race card once again being played. Look again who he compares. NOTHING new here.

Roger Clemens sure didn't get off easy. Neither did Jason Giambi.

You people are funny. You assume someone is guilty. Like Braun said, this country is turning into a guilty until proven innocent. Look, the man had the 50 games revoked. How can you assume hes still guilty? Navi, you have a butterfly as an avatar. really?

if any fool thinks braun got off just because he is white, they are a racist for even bringing that up.

if any fool thinks braun got off just because he is white, they are a racist for even bringing that up. That has been my point all along. If you look at my original post i was disagreeing with Double Up's assumption that if Braun's name was Ramirez of Cruz he'd be guilty. Like it or not the process in Braun's case was flawed. Simple as that. Nuff said. If Double Up or anyone else believes he was proven innocent cause of his color they are the sick ones not me. Now is that crystal clear?

He is not guilty, because he was cleared on a techinicality. But he still cheated, because his sample had 10 times the allowed amount of testosterone. Had Fed Ex been open late in Milwaukee, he would be sitting out 50 games.

Braun was cleared on a technicality because his legal team was smart enough to go that route. It's pretty obvious Braun at least denies taking any sort of PED (you and I will really never know), but it simply would not have been smart for his legal team to dispute just the test. Braun's best chance to get exonerated was to attack the chain of custody and not the integrity of the test itself. Look how attacking the integrity of the test worked for the 11 players before him...
However, as far as the test goes, I do think there is some cause for concern in how high the synthetic ratio. From what I hear the levels were so high that he either that death was actually a risk, and that for him to test that high he would have basically had to have shot up that day. It is absolutely possible that he could have shot up that day, but if he did, would it really be possible for him to pass a test just 2 days later?

You still think the man cheated. That was my point. If he cheated he would have been suspended for 50 games. The man is innocent. He did not cheat. Got it? Do you seriously think he got let off because FedEx was closed? That's some funny shit you believe.
And no he didn't get let off because he was the MVP. Bonds was the home run king and he didn't get let off.
