This Cubs game is like the 2nd leg of a Stros/Yanks tee ballgame.

Heat get there late for me and Cubbies rolling....might need to score 13-14 runs to be safe....Lets see what their bullpen is like tonight as this is going to take 10-12 runs to win.

Angels bats might come alive but I just don't see it happening this year.  Pujols provides very little protection for Trout and they need a big bat in the middle of that lineup.

For some reason, everyone things the Angels are this hitting machine (prob because Trout is a rock star) but dead last in the AL in 2015 is pretty much ALL I need to know.

Good luck....I just have the Rangers in a parlay with Heat and Cubs on the Run Line!!!

This was more about the spot for me.   I totally agree with what you are saying with the Angels....far from a great lineup.   That being said they do tend to hit lefties well and they hit at home.    I also didn't think we would need many runs to win this game and thought if it was tight late we have w big advantage in bullpen and with the home team.

Dutch Eredivisie
Helmond Sport vs Sparta Rotterdam

Sparta are the best team in the Dutch 2nd division by a country mile. They've all but secured promotion to the first division with 5 games to play.  Thus, they can play more open matches in the final few weeks without having to worry about conceding and what it might do to their promotion chances.

8 out Helmond's last 10 home matches have gone 3+ goals, with 6 of the 10 coming in at 4 or more.  At home this season they've given up 2 or more goals in 10 of 15 games.

I'm not worried about Sparta scoring but we'll need something from Helmond offensively. The good news is that while Sparta are the best road team in the Eredivisie, they don't always play a watertight defense.  They've only posted 3 clean sheets in 15 road matches. 

Concerning is the fact that only 1 out of Sparta's last 7 road matches have hit the 4 goal mark.  However, 5 out of the 7 have landed right on 3 goals and I believe the open nature of this game can push us past that threshold to a winner.

Players to keep an eye on in this match are Thomas Verhaar (22 goals in 28 appearances), Belgian midfielder Loris Brogno (14 in 30), and Paco van Moorsel (12 in 30).

Today, I am playing a team that is hot and will continue to stay hot. 

cubbies vs snakes

cubbies are 3-0 with an average about 9.7 runs in those 3 games.  Wow, what an offense

Snakes are slowly crawling about 6.3 runs averages. 

Hammel is getting the start for the cubs and while hammel is about half and half or 50% or 2-2 against the snakes, it is better than who or what the snakes are starting. 

Snake is starting robbie ray.  Ray posted a record of 5-12 record last year and check this out, he is 1-6 starting at his own house.

With a line up like the cubbies who are hitting so well, this is a recipe for disaster.  Cubbies are going to come out swinging and swinging quick to get them runs and get a head start early in the game and then poor ray will get yank outta there. 

Until otherwise, just take the hot swinging cubbies for money. 

cubbies are
6-0 in their last six vs. lefty starters

Snakes are
0-7 in their last seven vs. NL Central

Give me them cubbies for some play $$$$

First time poster but tail a good amount of the picks that come on this forum. Thank you Bubba for continuing what Holmey started!!

Going to try this $$$$ play contest:

My first $$$$$ play is the Cubs/D-Backs O9 -115
The pitchers are Hammel for the Cubs who the D-Backs have had success with in the past and Ray for the D-Backs. To honest I don't care who the D-backs throw out there on the mound the Cubs are swinging the bat so well right now you can count on at least 5-7 runs from them. The D-backs are a good hitting team as well and I think between the two of them this one could be covered by the 6th-7th inning! 

A couple of others that I considered were Yankees ML, Giants -125 & Mets RL. GL to all!!!!
