has anyone here won big enough they email you about a tax form? Then you try to login after you’ve been able to login all the time while checking the status of your bets, you see the bet is settled yet no funds show up in balance. Now I can’t login and they say they’re having issues and to check back later.

Are you sure it was a legit email from them and not a phishing email?
When you went to sign in - did you go through the phone app or open a web browser and went to the website, and didn't click a link through an email, right?
If you didn't click a link or the email is legit, you should be fine. Just try again later.
If you're not able to get in within a day or 2, you can just hit up your state gaming commission and file a complaint - they can't just erase record of your bet and win. All that stuff has to be recorded and able to be audited or they'd get in a lot of trouble.

If I were you, I would call there customer service to clear up any questions you have, I don't use this book so I don't know there customer service number, I just did a search for you, I hope this is correct customer service number 800-342-7724 for Ceasars sportsbook, good luck in resolving this issue.

I was logged in watching games end and screen shotted the settled play with payout. Then time logged me out and when I tried to log back in it’s gave me the can’t log you back in message. After that I checked my email and saw the tax form email and tried to login on app again but had same issue. That’s when I hit up support but even after uninstalling app and reinstalling I still can login. Even tried with another device and no luck. Support said they’re escalating the issue and to wait for more instructions. Very frustrating though. Still can’t get in as of now.

They probably are reviewing your account since you had a big win. Trying to find a way to not pay you but if you didn’t break any terms you should be fine .

You will be fine but make it known to customer service that you don't appreciate the lack of clarity where your funds are concerned. Also check the fine print at you may need to bet through the amount you've won on a promo before you can withdraw. If that's the case, be smart and patient to extract max value.

Update. Just got a call explaining how a big win trips the system and locks out the account. Awful business practice in my opinion. They tell you to login to fill out tax form then lock you out with what may. E days before they can unlock. I called gaming commission to help escalate my concerns and issue. Waiting on an email for a link that may or may not log me in. If it doesn’t work they’ll have to get executives involved is what the guy from Caesar said in the phone. Very unimpressed to say the least but I guess that’s a little progress.
