From that take the halftime line of 24. leaving 14. if it is over 10, then you take the under to continue in the second half. I think the theory is that the public believes the bookies are smart and that the original 51 was right, so why not take over 24 since it should be 38. But it doesn't normally turn out that was. The under covered the 2nd half total with 20. There is much more to it...
