Good luck to everyone tomorrow.
I have Tennessee -1.5 and LSU +160 (I think that was the number at the local casino). After watching the last few games, the SEC is the class of college baseball.

LSU looks like the biggest challenger to overall #1Wake, that should be a great game. Oral Roberts really hurt themselves leaving MOB, 13, only 2-11 hitting with RISP and the last 5 innings the Gators offense was shut down. Don't count Oral Roberts out yet, these have all been very competitive games, good for the sport, a bit risky for bettors though. I lived and worked in Winston Salem years ago, even played basketball Saturdays on the Wake campus so will probably go with them for that reason alone, great handicapping methodology right, haha. Best of luck everyone!

Yessir. It’s a local Indian reservation casino. The lines can be totally wacky because they move them on their own - as in someone can walk in with a 4k bet and it will move the line - happened a ton of football where the line would be skewed by 2 or 3 pts (no kidding). I was trying to upload the picture but doesn’t look like the option is here to do it - I was lucky and for it at +160. Now thinking hard about driving back (it’s 2 hours) to throw more on it given how skewed the line is. I didn’t notice it last night bc I didn’t know what the actual line was supposed to be.

I actually lean Stanford and LSU. Wake could wake up (yes pun intended) anytime and blast a team but LSU at +140 or better is crazy value. I think the Stanford/Tennessee game is going to come down to the bullpen and Tennessee has a shit bullpen. Plus I like these team like Oral Roberts that just don't give up. Oral Roberts should have won outright yesterday frankly. Stanford is one of those teams.
Anyone playing an over do so at your risk. So far only one game has gone over and one game has won by more than 1 run. Doesn't mean today couldn't all be over and cover the run line. But what it does mean is that these teams are playing tight and not wanting to make the mistake that costs them. I will post my plays closer to first pitch. BOL to all!

Just keep in mind, the first round / I’m not certain but I would imagine everyone threw their Friday starter. More runs will be scored. I’d also say despite there was only 1 game that ended with the winning team winning by more than 1 run - the games didn’t really play out that way. Both oral roberts games could’ve easily been multi run wins but 9th inning comebacks changed both. Virginia should’ve won game 1 against Florida by more than 1 run… half of them could’ve easily been by more than a run is all I’m saying. Just timely hitting and clutch hitting changed the numbers. I highly doubt either game today will be a 1 run game but time will tell. Tomorrows games is when I fully expect to take a lot of run lines - pitching starts getting thin deep in the tournament.

So little more in-depth analysis for the Stanford/Tennessee game. Chase Dollander is pitching for Tennessee today. He actually is the highest rated pitching prospect (likely 2nd college pitcher taken in the MLB draft) with the best stuff on the team. He is wild but effective. If he is on this could be a who gets a few runs late kind of game. Quinn Mathews is pitching for Stanford. What is key here is that he is a lefty and Tennessee has struggled against power lefties in particular all season. Case in point they recently got 1 hit in first game of the SEC tournament by another good lefty in Sophomore Troy Wansing of Texas A&M. Before you all worry about Quinn Mathews throwing 156 pitches 8 days ago don't. He is used to high pitch counts. Throwing 336 total pitches over the Super Regional. 15 of 16 games started during the regular season all well over 100 pitches. Tennesse has Chase Burns ready to close out Dollander should they need to go to the bullpen a little sooner. I should correct myself beyond Burns the Tennessee bullpen is shit. Stanford bullpen isn't exactly loaded either. So frankly this game comes down to which starting pitcher makes the biggest mistakes or comes out of the game first. As I mentioned at least Tennessee also has Chase Burns to close it out. But Quin Mathews will throw until his arm falls off so it's like have Dollander and Burns. I see this game being decided late. Likely but a clutch hit, maybe first extra inning game this CWS, so if I were to take a side it would be Stanford +125 (can get that at Draft Kings) or Stanford +1.5 -130 (Caesars better line). But I bet $390 to win $300 on UNDER 9 -130 (Draft Kings) on this game. I will see if there is a live line I like during the game consistent with what I just said. Careful before tailing as I played one total so far. It was the under 10.5 for the Florida/Virginia game (also had Virginia +125 or so) and Florida big come back in the bottom of the 9th sunk both my under (winning 6-5) and my Virigina bet so just want to warn you on that. The only over so far of the tourney (go figure). Anyway BOL to all!

I agree with pitching being thin after the second starter. BOL!

Well Wake's best pitcher is going today. Wake definitely has a better pitching staff. Unless you are betting life changing money and this is all just for fun go with you gut. BOL!
