A starter has not been confirmed for LA yet but what i see, the last 20 games played by both teams has a 7-12-1 record to the under. With Matthew Boyd's era at 1.98 in last 5 pitched and hope that LA's pitcher has a low era, i can see under 9. I see some folks on the Cubs to win but i don't feel comfortable with that. If they are at plus money, i would feel better but can't take the ml.
