It&#x27;s not his first start. He already got that out of the way in Washington and he got embarrassed. This is his second and perhaps last chance today to show he is still a major league pitcher

Another poster said Oswalt gave up 9 hits with 7 bloopers and 0 walks and 11SO in his minor league start. O nly a sap  would think this is a good bet to fade him in his first start back and the over..

Maybe. The Red Sox have a tendency over the last several years of busting out one day and not scoring much the other day. I just know from being a fan. It could be a 5-4 game even and the under would hit. I'd probably pass on the total.

Again, this was not his first start back.  He gave up 4 runs in 5 innings and took an L vs the Nats last week.It amazes me how many people post such over the top statements without even knowing the basic facts....

only way rox win is if this total goes over. The Rox have become the next oakland raiders getting all these washed up misfits and expect to be playoff contenders. It just not gonna work. Oswalt definitely need to hang it up. Already 3 runs givin up what a joke

Rockies backers can tear up their tickets like I just did. I literally tore up four tickets worth a total of $17,000 and threw them in a trash can at LVH. They&#39;re sitting in there if any desperate dumpster divers wanna take a shot (my account numbers are on all the tickets, so maybe you shouldn&#39;t bother).

Yea I know, what I meant was his first start was mixed results in my book, giving up the hits and 4 runs but striking out 11. After today it is starting to look rather strongly that he is not going to find the fountain of youth.

Somehow, despite my apparent inability to select the correct teams or manage money properly (as you pointed out), I nevertheless won $18,850 on Wednesday thanks to getting lucky (obviously) with the Pirates and Royals.  I&#x27;ve carefully considered your advice and have decided to continue betting on baseball on Thursday.
