the rain can be great for overs depending on when it comes.  if a starter has already thrown 50&#x2B; pitches and they have a long rain delay a lot of times they dont want them warming up again and you get 5 innings or whatever of bullpen from both teams.

&#xD;&#xA;And we all know how much we love bullpen when it comes to OVER bet. That&#x27;s good more seeing of bullpen means more chances of OVER. The league is full of shit bullpens.

I always like the OVERS when it rains. I LOVE the overs when the delay happens in the middle of the game. Wet field = more prone to errors too. Other than pitchers losing their momentum, batters get cold too.

&#xD;&#xA;overcast is a perfect situation for pitchers because of humidity. usually, i mean, cloudy with humidity is perfect for sinkerballer, a lot of grounders will be in that situation.
