Back to the drawing board, really loved this play. May even stay on it, going to look right back into it with Maloney. Vogelson is regressing and can kiss my ass.

How do you figure hes regressing? He hasnt recieved a loss since May 26th, which was a 1-0 loss to the Marlins. In 2 of the passed 4 games hes lowered his ERA where its now sitting at 2.10. In the Month of June he was 3-0 pitching 32 innings, gave up 12 runs, 9 of them earned for a 2.53. In the month of July hes 2-0 pitching 25 innings giving up 7 runs, 6 earned for an ERA of 2.13.
no play for me, but i surely dont think Vogelsong is regressing.
BOL tonigh PB.....already lookin forward to the pucks!

cisco ballpark cam shows the reds in batting practice and they list the series probables as the same. Willis today, Leake tomorrow. No mention of changing the starters
How is the gambling world on top of this, but a live mlb show is not?

I stole the first four lines of that from andarmac with the PPI and K/BB data who apparently preceives it the same way I do....

He definitely isnt going as deep as he was earlier in the year, and he is laboring a bit to get through innings, but i think its because hitters are becoming more familiar with him. When he first got called up, he was going to make a few starts while Zito was on the DL and that was essentially it. Now hes been pitching lights out, and coupled with the Sanchez injury, hes get quite a few more starts than originally thought.
Do you think the increase in walks/hits/pitch count has anything to do with the fact that hes stayed up longer than planned? I mean, he now has waaaay more games under his belt, thus more scouting material, etc for opposing teams to utilize.
Just a thought.
