My God, there are about a half dozen "Dodger Please rally" threads. Maybe I lost count.

I would not touch a team that just got a new manager--esp Kirk Gibson. It's something the players wanted. That means new energy and focus.

And a pitcher given 2 days extra rest. Off a no hitter

Guess people are doing the ol' "gotta back the team that just won" strategy.
