Day recap:4-3(+.5u)
I hate playing favorites. Won 4 out of 7 and am up half a unit. Fucking ripoff. Anyway, figured I'd get this bitch started.
San Francisco -136 - Charlie Morton, hated by many, loved by few. He's a dastardly creation put on this Earth to remind us all that each and every one of us has the potential to become rich doing something we absolutely suck at.
Matt Cain is the sidekick deputy to sheriff Lincecum and plays his role very well. Being that both got shelled last outing that leaves us with 2 absolute truths: Matt Cain will give up no more than 1 run and Charlie Morton will get worse.
That being said, this is the type of game the Giants need to bounce back after suffering a home sweep. And before we know it, Charlie Morton opponent lines will be through the roof and not affordable to a medium risk guy like myself.
Los Angeles Dodgers -136 - Tonights loss was a fluke, basically 1 error and a misplayed liner cost them the game. Other than that the Dodgers have been playing above expectations.
With Clayton Kershaw on the mound it only improves their chances. Volstad is inconsistent and prone to disaster outings. I see the Dodgers hot line up giving him problems often and early. The Marlins are hot right now, but have had problems scoring against A-list pitchers this season, with the exception of Jimenez who was coming off the DL.
