Chicago White Sox -114 (2 units) Houston Astros 1st 5 innings -0.5 -110 (2 units) Los Angeles Dodgers -1.5 +118 (2 units) Baltimore Orioles +144 (1 unit) Boston Red Sox +103 (1 unit) Seattle Mariners +164 (1 unit) Toronto Blue Jays 1st 5 innings -108 (1 unit)
The Madd Capper is here to say, I research picks like everyday.
Looking over the card I'll proudly say, AJ's picks are going to pay!
LOVE - Chi sox and Dodgers (latter more after tough loss, with ace on hill, vs gas can lefty Barry Zito)
LIKE - O's for the value, Houston for the match-up, Jay's cause they white hot
DISLIKE - Mariners (Jauabladnlalkskdkaus LOL blows, and Baker shows up today - I'm playing Twins RL ), Bo sox - gotta stay away here, as I cannot trust Penny with my pennies, especially vs Shields.
Look at Mets RL - Niese is young buck with strong arm. Yes his stats are garbage in the Majors, but he will stiffle the Buc's in this spot. Pirates are close to last in hitting vs Lefty's and hitting on the highway. See great value not only in fading the Pirates, but playing on the Mets.
Dodgers RL BIG , Chi Sox ML Medium , Mets RL & Twins RL Small
GL with all your plays AJ.
Maybe with me playing devils advocate, you can improve your 1 unit play's percentage. Stay hot my friend. Will be waiting for your totals...

Seattle's bullpen has been much better than the twinkies. I would rather play the whole game.

I'll take a closer look at the mets. I do like Niese and I dont like Karstens. I was thinking about the mets over the tt but if the ump doesnt match up I might go with RL.

EZ The DUDE
I can't post whether I agree or disagree with AJ's plays???
I believe i pointed out some major value in the Mets game aswell. I'm sure AJ doesn't mind quality insight. It's pretty clear he's killing his 2 unit plays and hitting around 50% on his 1 unit plays. If I can persuade him out of a few losers here and there, we can all benefit from a better winning percentage.
We can all agree AJ is the man, or else we wouldn't be viewing this thread. We're all here to find value and winners, I'm simply trying to help the cause...
Sorry if I offended AJ, it was not my intentions.
I realize I can start my own thread, but how is that going to help us all, when this is clearly the most viewed baseball thread???
Praise Jepus

Its unconfirmed but it will probably be him. Since he wasnt listed to go today by shorty then I would wait for mlb.com to confirm it. He favors the over a little bit. The results havent always been there but average, whip, and all that stuff leans towards the over.

No. It's Jonathon Niese, a big, young lefty (6'4 215), who was organizations Pitcher of the Year last season. He went 5-1 with 3.40 ERA and 32/14 K/BB ratio in 37 innings at AAA New Orleans last year.
Throws 2 seam, 4 seam, cutter, plus curve. Got knocked around at end of last season, while getting his feet wet, but that should boad well for his experience this season. Not to mention, he's pitching for a spot in the rotation, with gas can, Oliver Perez, on the DL with Shit arm, bad control, disease.
Pirates rank near last in hitting on the road and hitting vs lefty's
