Started off All-Star Week quite nicely, hitting w/ Robinson Cano in the *HR Derby* @ a big 'ol +750 doggy, dogg, dogg.  I'm riding behind the pine, tar, laced bats of the AL Sluggers for tonight's 82nd All-Star game...  GiLz Thread'ers

You are new to my thread.  Did you read where I said on the top I'm going with the AL Sluggers.

In this thread, I give my analysis throughout my thread.

I don't see how NL pitching is suppose to dominate this game where there is going to be a DH in a hitters ballpark...

AL dominated the NL this year in interleague play.   

I won't argue with the fact that the NL has the better pitching.  Sure.  They do.  But the better hitters are on the AL team and with 9 bats with pop versus 8 bats with a pitcher in regular season games, which provide NL pitchers with better looking stats... I'm siding with the American League All-Stars.

And don't go running away, Local-Hero, need your rebuttle.

And please refer to POST #13 on why I like the American League tonight.

If I were to pick a total, it'd probably be the UNDER.

I'm not big on playing UNDER's.  I like finding my spots for the OVER's alot more.

And actually, I was looking @ YES for Score in the 1st inning @ +125.

I like the the top 3 for the AL being lefties against Halladay; Curtis Granderson & Adrian Gonzales.

And if one of those 2 get on, you have Jose Bautista who is a threat anytime @ the plate this season, and a 3rd lefty rounding out the top 5 with Josh Hamilton...

Doing my homework on Game Props right now.

I'll have about 3-4 of them.  4 tops.

If I were to play, I like the +money w/the UNDER.

However, totals in all-star games are nerveracking, to say the least, for me anyways.

You just don't know who the overall better performers are going to be throughout the game... the Pitchers or the Batters.
