I lost my Tampa bet. Saw it as a 60%+ favorite. Kisses to all the idiots that showed up after the game XO and big up to those that left comments prior to it. Sorry I didnt log in til today. This happens, it is variance. If the team I bet receives 4 runs in 25 innings, Id expect them to be 2-0 in that series. But bats fell asleep and Cleveland´s pitchers held up. I preferred Tampa´s pitchers/bullpen, the Indians prevailed. All good.
BET FOR TOMORROW: NYY ML 1st 5 innings @1.806 odds. Im a pitcher kinda guy. Yes, Shane Bieber impressed the hell out of me. I did not expect that. But that was one game. If we look at all the season, Nestor Cortes is amongst the 3 best in the AL. His numbers are even better than Coles (actually all of them except Ks where Cole is an all time great). Against lefties, he is close to that unhittable type of word. And the Yanks, when we add everything up, are close to batting quality with the mediocre Indians. But as stated previously, these Indians struggle vs lefties.
We rarely can bet the Yanks, nows the time to do it.
If you like em full game, there is also value there. The thing is, the Yankee´s bullpen as I see it is worse than the Indians pen. And we would be betting worse odds. Id rather go 1st 5.
Guidance for Today: I cant pay -200 for Kershaw. I think LAD wins, but do they win 66% of the time? Close but cant pull the trigger. Braves: There will be spots to bet them live. My issue, is that I think Wright struggles way more than Wheeler does against the top of the lineup. Schwarber and Harper are rough matchups for Wright whos got unbalanced l/r splits. Wheeler is solid all around. In case you didnt know, finding good spots pregame is TOUGH. But those spots during the game come across often for those who pay attention and do the homework on time.
In both games, when it becomes a bullpen war, the home teams have a significant edge. Braves are A+ bullpen. Dodgers not so much, but still better than SD

THIS BRAVES GAME IS A MASTERCLASS ON THE INTANGIBLES OF BASEBALL. Wheeler had been lights out. Hits Acuña. Acuña goes for the Oscar with 5 minutes of grabass with the med staff and manages to cool off Wheeler. Walks Swansson, then single single single. Boom 3-0. I could not bet them unfortunately, but how the Phillies were scared of taking Wheeler out of the game tells us a lot about their trust in their bullpen for the future of this series or the whole playoffs. In the posteason experience counts. And that Oscar performance, on which I am sure Snitker was telling him to keep it going, could be worth a W. Beautiful!

Gonna be major rain issues in NY tomorrow, probably gonna be postponed
Thats gonna screw that when series up and really give the Astros more rest. Likely enable them to start Verlander in games 1, 4 and 7 if need be.
I think I'm going to add another 500-600 on Astros to win AL Pennant tommorow which was at +100 today. They simply are not going to lose to Mariners. And they will be favored over NY or Cleveland. I wouldn't doubt that the Astros take care of the Mariners by Saturday.
