HELP IM ROOKIE!!!

i dont wanna make problems here.. i am tailing 3 guys here in covers, im from mexico and some kind of words are like weird for me.. can someone explain me ( like we say here in mexico, with apples and pears) what a tout is? i mean.. i read in some thread that one guy is a tout.. and others complain.. no, is not a tout.. so.. what a tout guy is? a guy who ask you for money? because, i cant get the point, why post the picks here for free if you want money for them? or.. how is the way that a tout use a forum to get money?  im a new guy and want to know about that

You pretty much have it... A tout is just someone who sells picks for money... Often times they post inflated records and winning percentages in order to gain attention and a following then they start asking people to pay for their picks...
