How to recover after a bad beat day?

Is it best to just take a day off?

I had Cleveland, Yankees, Pitt/Cubs Under 7, KC/Minn Under 8 yesterday.

All choking after 8th or 9th inning. Now if I go 1st 5 innings today, I will probably lose and the full games will cover.

I hate baseball.

one bad day I would still continue cause you can always bounce bsck . But 2 days in a row  I would take a day off cause the 3rd day is usually the last day of each series unless it&#x27;s a 4 game series . Good to wait till next series games starts .

I do not believe in days off. If you have a strategy (albeit it makes sense and has a good historical track record), I would keep following your strategy. Just do not think you should go 5x units than you normally do to make up for the loss. It will take time and patience.

agree with most of the posters here..in mlb especially, it is good sometimes to take a breather...mlb betting can be a grind
