redsox/jays over lackey has a 10-7 record 4.60 era and his last outing against the jays he went 4.2 ip 8 hits 7 er 6 bb 2so mills is new to the game could be hard for the sox to get to him right away but i think they will at some point in the game and the way the jays are hitting the HR&#x27;s i dont think they will have any trouble against lackey. GL

Baller,&#xD;&#xA;People tend to forget the "why" that you asked for in your thread.&#xD;&#xA;Like rd0ttj, I like the over in the Jays/Sox game. Lackey was great in his first few starts after the all-star break but hasn&#x27;t been able to keep that mojo. Mills for the Jays is being moved up a day to make this start, and he got knocked around by the Rays in his last start. We know the Jays line-up can put up some runs, and now it looks like the Sox line-up has come alive as they try to close the gap in the AL East. &#xD;&#xA;BOL

The only thing worrying me about the over 7.5 in the chi sox game is the pitchers recent records.

Floyd who is the starting pitcher for Chi Sox is 6-2 with a 1.19 ERA in his last 12 outings.

Floyd also has a 1.17 ERA while winning his past two home starts against the Twins -- both in 2008 -- and is 4-0 with a 0.86 ERA in his last six overall at U.S. Cellular Field.

Liriano who is the starting pitcher for Twins is 4-0 with a 1.62 ERA in five starts.

Liriano is 1/3 with a 6.67 ERA in five starts against the White Sox, but 1-0 with a 3.29 ERA in two this year. He is looking for his first victory at U.S. Cellular Field after going 0-3 with an 8.27 ERA in four starts there.

Seems to me that the Chi Sox may be the better play.

for consideration for me are:&#xD;&#xA;NYY RL with Sabathia&#xD;&#xA;RSox-Tor over &#xD;&#xA;Mil-Ariz over &#xD;&#xA;unfortunately none of these plays sticks out as way better than the other.  Will play all 3 and hope for 2-1 record or better.&#xD;&#xA;If gun to the head I would take CC RL
