@ Gamblingallday
Yes, you are correct. I did take some chances and bet over my head to get to $3800. Absolutely. But it all caught up to me.
Thanks to everyone for posting in my "crying" thread. I had no clue everyone felt the same and had been through this before. While it sucks, in a weird way i'm glad to hear i'm not the only one. There is some really good advice in this thread and i definitely plan on using it to my advantage. I don't plan on going out and jumping off a bridge but this does take you to a really low level when you work so hard to get a nice profit only to get stupid and lose focus.
Thank you my fellow covers brothers.
GL to everyone!

OK....My Turn....
I had the same play last nite SD...it was a tough loss...because SD was ahead the whole/most of the game...and when it came down to the Bottom of the ninth....your/my EXPECTATIONS were that we would win this game. Or a better way to phrase it would be to say..I WAS RIGHT.......
Now take another game....say LAA/Oak yesterday kinda over in the middle innings, so if you had Oak (and I did) your EXPECTATIONS were lower because you figure the game is probably a loss.
It's a tougher loss when our EXPECTATIONS are higher, than lower...
Now having said all that....It's OK to have expections just NOT when you hook an Emotion along with it...like anger, self doubt, self loathing, even too much joy after a big win.
Your/My expectations turn to emotions when there is too much money on the line...I call it the PUCKER FACTOR....(PF)
Your/My PF is something you and only you can JUDGE...for some a $50 wager is enough to make your AssH*le Pucker...others $500 Play (and the unknown factor of winning or losing) will do it, some Sharps it takes $50,000 for this to happen.
So.......KNOW your OWN Pucker Level and stay within your COMFORT ZONE....
My best advice...and yes I realize you did not ask for it is to..........quit all forms of gambling for 3 weeks and see how it makes you FEEL....Gambling may NOT be a problem...it may be the answer to your Problem....
These guys on this forum (or most of them) will help you in anyway they can.... as you noticed with all the thread above mine.
