There have been 10 play-in, play-off games so far. That requires 20 starting pitchers.
There have been only 6 quality starts from 20 starters.
This is playoff baseball?
We have entered a new era. "The Game" ain't the game anymore, it's showmanship. Star studded theatrical production. And you thought you hated Bud Selig?

The MLB average for the season was 54.1% quality starts
The average in the playoffs has been 21.4?
And, these guys were mostly above the 54% level. That included every start of the season, by every pitcher.
I have been talking about a jack rabbit baseball on steroids ever since they got the needles out of the players butts. Where does it stop? It isn't just home runs either. The ball gets down the line to the corner, or out through the gaps in the infield and outfield at a faster pace. Maybe next year a guy Altuve's size will hit 75 home runs and someone will begin to question what is going on. The unfortunate part is noone on the inside dares to speak up. Can Carrasco and Tanaka make it 6 for 24?

Play-off mlb is the hardest to pick. If you had to take a side in YANKS Indians. ?
I'm not talking about picking the playoffs or even regular season, I am talking about the game itself. What is going on is ridiculous.
I know what your talking about. Just got look for your picks and thought I would ask, but I agree. I saw balls leave Dodger stadium like it was great American ball

The guy that mentioned Dodgers Stadium was the one that got me,they were a game you could take a late under on if you needed to make up a win from a losing day, until this year.I am not going to check but I guess they had the least amount of 6.5 totals than in years.Every 6.5 I took went over and scores though not like the Roid Era,were up by every team except the Giants would still could not hit, lol. I made mention a few times that they were using needles again, but since they did not go crazy and Coors Field had its share of unders,it could be a juiced ball and the Boy's in charge would be able to control how much scoring was happening by how juiced the balls were.Or maybe the players were better in last Roid seasons than these players are. But then the playoffs and 3 unders I took were dead before the 5th inning and teams down big make comebacks to win games, not the best baseball for playoffs that we are used to. Or maybe its the climate change or any other kind of evil you want to blame it on,but I did take Houston in the first game today, but this is tuff baseball to bet on as I see Key is not having fun with these games either,

Carrasco and Tanaka at least made it 8 for 24, but now Verlander gives up the lead to his first batter. This crap is goofy. If 25% quality starts holds up for the balance of the playoffs you might as well throw out everything you ever thought you knew.

Oakland was never a great under park, but San Diego, Anaheim, LA Dodgers, San Francisco, and Seattle were parks you could take to the bank after dark. I haven't run the numbers but I will bet it wasn't that way this year.

But you got my point on west coast baseball and unders,I used Dodgers because they were the ones with 6 and 6.5 o/u in past years, but Seattle AT&T and others.
