Mike Fiers took the mound in his first start of the season a few weeks ago and completely bombed (I think it's okay to use this word now). Roenicke, being a typical manager, must mess with something. They don't even know what it is most of the time that they're going to mess with. But, they know, darn, I just stand around the clubhouse eating these free sandwiches all day long doing nothing, I have to do something to make it seem like I'm worth more than a penny. So, they mess with things. Roenicke decided to mess with Fiers. Roenicke "saw something" and decided to pull Fiers from the rotation. Roenicke sat there in the clubhouse munching on a free (and I'm sure delicious) corned beef sandwich, analyzing the "stats", and said to himself, "my team is better of with Peralta and/or Burgos pitching every fifth day." The manager of the Brewers, whose job it is to put his team in the best statistical chance to win the most games possible, is getting a paycheck (quite high one) to NOT do his job. Roenicke is putting his team in the position to win LESS games this season by doing what HE THINKS is his job. He THINKS his job is to have the "pulse" of the club. He THINKS his job is to have the "pulse" of each of players. Well, I think he's tricked himself into believing these things. The truth is that he just wants to continue eating those free clubhouse sandwiches.

They've won 9 of their last 10 games since ron tinkered with things and started eating more "clubhouse sandwiches" Are you on a diet and craving a sandwich or something and taking it out on Brewers upper management? Relax my friend lol
