Almost forcing you to go the other way. It's pretty obvious Kershaw doesn't look the same after coming of the DL. He struggled with quality strikes in his 1st start. I couldn't take Sandy Koufax at - 240. Give me the Nats and hope they drive is pitch count up. Good luck to everyone

Does seem kinda high for a playoff game but if your a bookmaker and the pitching matchup is ross vs kershaw around 240 is where you have to set the line if you want money on both sides .. if you set the line at less than minus 200 with kershaw on the hill you would probably get flooded with dodgers money .. the high line makes me think the books don't really want any dodgers money on this game

How many times have the Dodgers put Kershaw in a home start in the postseason? Correct me if im wrong, but i remember him only going out there on the road.

The team with momentum here  is WASHINGTON, So that +220 looks Mighty Great !!!    Clayton Kershaw has never been good in these situations !!! WASHINGTON ..ML ....FOR THE KILL !!!

No matter what Kershaw's good for the first 5. I'm going with Kershaw -0.5 1st 5.

That is a fact !! Koufax in the playoffs was outstanding (obviously only had the WS back then) !

Especially in '65. Faced 87 batters in 3 games and struck out 29 of them. A whip of .75 and an era of .38. No home runs allowed in 24 innings pitched

With that kind of +money and anything could happen. Look what happened to Hyndricks the other day. Do your best to run his pitch count up and he's out. Just do your best to match zeroes

kershaw at home will be fine, in past they forced him to pitch on the road in hostile environments

Here's another interesting stat. Dodgers have never lost the playoff series when they were up 1-0 or something like that. They will win today.

He will probably win. Just saw his home stats and they are unbelievable. Didn't know how good they actually were, but i can't justify -240 in a playoff game with Kershaw not looking his dominate self. Good luck guys

Reminds me of when tons of English tourists were in Vegas to watch their Ricky Hatten box Mayweather. Vegas baited them with +600 for a Hatten win. They all flew back home broke.

Hard to resist +210, but I'm not taking the carrot.

For everyone saying "Kershaw isn't good in this situation" just look to last year in a WIN OR GO HOME GAME at CITI FIELD, Kershaw went 7 innings, gave up 3 hits, 1 earned run (on a homer), and struck out 8. ALL ON SHORT REST.

dodgers off a loss when allowing 7 runs or more are only 2-7 last nine if laying the run and a half, grab the run and a half , 1-8 if you can get the 2 1/2 at some books. plus 1 1/2 is -115 and the 2 1/2 is minus -190 at william hill as I type .
