Yes sometimes being even is the same as making money. Or leaking cash slowly is better then losing everything.

i bet light now ,i have a 300 a week limit and i dont go over it if i lose the 300 thats it...and the key is dont ask for a higher limit or redeposit if you go over that limit..thats how you end up getting buried.

Chill out take a break then go small on a few games nothing crazy don't try to win it all back in a week don't work like that give him what u can in the meantime that's what I'm doing giving my guy what I can and playing small and I actually won a few grand back got lucky but I wouldn't recommended it even tho that's what I'm doing but I'm just a sick bastard and I'm actually a decent capper I just went cold for a few weeks it happens imma just keep giving him what I can and try to win some back then when my debt is clear I'm done with this credit shit to easy to get caught up switching to online so at least I can only play with what I deposit

But believe you, me, money management is everything, whether it's on the poker table, on betfair or at the track, I'm always gambling with an amount that is managed. I'm very meticulous in the decisions I make with the amount gambled. It's all planned, it's all structured, it's not, "Yeah, you know what, I have $500 in my account let's throw it all on". My bet sizing is decided well before the selection I make in the market.
Good luck OP, I do feel for you, because you have a gambling problem friend and that's very hard to break, you're an addict.

Baseloaded that's how I got into trouble as well. Used a local with a credit line and now I'm screwed lost too much for my own good. Kept on thinking I'd win every week to pay my debts and ended up losing more. I didn't come here to post for sympathy I came here to get advice from others that hit the wall like myself and what strategies they used to get out of debt. Looks like I'll have to pick up extra gigs or a secondary income to make it work
If you have a house, Sell it and buy a cheaper one. I know that sounds crazy, but that's what I'd do if I wanted to make a lot of money guaranteed.

If I were a gambling man and I was compulsive I would need to stop but having some smarts and money management helps. What I can offer is this. Every time I let emotions get involved in my wagering it has been death as well as chasing a lost wager. Be patient and hit the right spots...........money management is key!

good advice Best........ However most bettors will not exercise patience to pick their spots. Outside of money mgt, patience is the most critical aspect needed to be successful. If you do not learn to take a day off in this biz every now and then....it will crush you psychologically
