PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES ML (-125)
Brewers come in with a W4 (4 game winning streak). Phillies line has been all over the place, opened around the range of -115 to -120 and then arose to -132. This right here tells me oddmakers don’t trust fast ball Freddy just yet. When you can’t command your best pitch, then something is wrong.
I’m looking for Philly to rebound against a brewers team that comes in a bit hot but with some deceiving visual added to it. Tons of mediocrity in the Brew’s batting lineup. On a Friday night, I expect Philly hitters to come prepared against a pitcher who is having issues.
Wouldn’t be surprised if Philly sweeps Milwaukee this weekend. Not seeing Burnes or Woodruff gives you a sense of clarity
