Sure, the Cubs will pull out of their offensive slump, but
that does not mean it has to be today. At +158 the case can be made that Lester
is a viable fade any time they hand him the ball. The Reds won’t finish ahead
of the Cubs, or win the division, but today is the only day we are concerned
with.
Brewers -132, (Flaherty/Anderson)
Chase Anderson is easily the most undervalued pitcher in the
game right now. He showed that last year with an 18-6 quality start record and 16-8
head to head versus opponent starters. His first start this year he gave up
only one hit in six shutout innings versus the Padres. What’s not to like? In that
class today are Verlander, Sale and Kershaw, but there is not nearly as much
value with them. The line on Kershaw is the only one under 2 bucks, and that is
because of the difference between Godley and the chumps Verlander and Sale are
facing.

Explain the value in wagering on sorry bats vs Lester? I anticipate your reply...
Explain backing a chump like Lester with an equally weak offense. Your "Awesome" Cubs offense has turned in 4 of 5 weak performances, including both versus lefty starters. So, take the current line of -167/+157 and with a stiff on the hill you need a 60% chance of winning. If you win this matchup 6 out of 10 times you have a 60% win rate, which a lot of guys truly admire, in spite of the fact you haven't made a penny on your 60%.
P.S. Just because I had a brain flart this morning and paid you a compliment (upchuck) does not mean you can demand explanations. You still need to ask in a gentlemanly way.

Ok Key, I was planning on chasing you, doing something like a martingale\labby system hibrid. But I'm not liking your picks nor the reasons you're choosing to pick'em. I was expecting, I don't know, something more.C'mon man, your pick yesteday on the White Sox, coin flip? really?
Coming from the guy who got fooled into thinking there was a username "deez" on the forums somewhere and literally creating articles asking for people to tail.... make your own plays and don't criticize someone else for sharing their thoughts. You're a tool.
