Im a fan of the Rangers and Mariners today but my biggest concern is waiting to see the Tar Heels win tonight!!

Not much chance of a win and all losers cost the same when flat betting, but the imaginative could divide 320 by 100 (normal risk) and decide to play $31.25 to win $100. NOT recommended, but I would do that before playing the Padres for a full $100.

The royals beat Santana 5 times last year, they crushed the twins overall last year, and duffy pitches best at Target field, definitely a Royals lean today.

Tigers-White Sox, Verlander (26-8) / Quintana (23-9) First 5 Innings, Under 4, -120

Like Cubs-Cards last night, a premier matchup of aces, both of whom rolled through ST like they never took a break at all. Neither offense was impressive, especially the Tigers at the front end of their order.

A 95% chance of rain may cancel this ticket but if they do play and get in the first 5 innings I won’t care about the balance. It is also going to be cold (about 46) with light cross winds from left to right. None of that concerns me.

I always wish I knew the home plate umpire but I don’t fear not knowing that today. In cold, rainy weather the umpire is no more inclined to work a long day than anyone else. Even a hitter friendly umpire is likely to have a little wider strike zone today and our two starters may be able to pick it to death.

oh ya 2 high scoring teams 72 looks good.  Just wondering about offensive boards if there will be any.  Both teams got some great bigs that rebound well on both sides.  But a full game over i think is better as both teams make free throws.  Never mind the end of the Oregon game.  Throughout the season both teams shoot well

Looks like the lens on your sniper rifle is clear and steady to start the season. One day we shall find the patience...hopefully.
