Twins: One of the true top gun, top of the rotation starters in MLB is up against a guy with ONE decent start on his resume and that was against the Royals. His other 5 starts were disasters. He comes in favored? Bettors seem to be in the “better team, at HOME” frame of mind, but the Tribe has not proven they are the better team, and are only 6-6 at home while the Twins are 9-4 on the road. The Twins/Santana combination is 5-2 and the Indians/Tomlin combination is 3-3, and other than the Royals win, they got the wins with offense, no thanks to Tomlin.
Orioles: I am a big fan of Bundy these days and the glitter is wearing off Duffy. Wins and losses don’t bother me as a great starter on a lousy team will take more losses than he deserves, but Duffy’s skill sets are weakening and the O’s are a far better lefty hitting team than the Royals are righty. If Bundy comes through we should be able to lay a half run in the first 5 innings.
I would have liked to go to a single bet P.O.D. today, but these two are just too attractive to pass up either one.
