We're 6 Weeks into the MLB Regular Season, but there's still plenty of time to see who will be crowned Covers' Top Office Pool Commish.

This MLB season, Wagerline.com and Covers.com are giving you a shot at sitting in the commissioner’s chair.  Manage your own MLB Office Pool and invite all your friends in this recruitment challenge for all Covers/Wagerline members.  

Prizes will be awarded to the Commissioners who can recruit the most participants in their Wagerline.com Office Pool by the MLB All-Star break.   The following prizes will be awarded based on pool participation:

1st Place:  $500 Cash
2nd Place: Wagerline Hoodie

Hope so...

it's been recommended they give prizes to the accumulative best office pool players like they do in League play...they've got all the lifetime office pool records (that's pretty cool) so it's just a matter of creating the segment...

then you'd have people pouring into the office pools...League Play's great but the pools, for the gambling guys who have to be selective as hell, finding folks who can pick up to 3 or 4 a day or hit their 'dawgs' are a tremendous asset...at least to wiseguys...

what's more, if someone continuously breaks pool rules (ie, playing faves in dawg only pools) the commish, at his or her discretion, could request a DQ for that individual (initials: johnbs)...

we couldnt prevent them from making picks but they'd be ineligible to win any overall prize, just like multi-aliases are ineligible in League play...that would keep them all the pools clean and then greeneyeddevils and poolboy wouldnt have to raise their blood pressure...

plus redflag has almost a million office pool points (already broke a million once) and would like to see his name in lights...

Hopefully Rizzo...you'll get a chance to look into this & figure out what's going on with the MLB COMMISH CONTEST...

AJ was allowed to PROMOTE his Totals Contest ad nauseum in the Covers baseball forum while yours and my contest posts were immediately relegated to the office pools forum where nobody goes...

i think the rules say it's based on how many friends you invite and how many enter...different strokes for different folks, looks like..

and the horse they rode in on...
