MLB Daily 2024 / ($1.00 is my unit, 100 units per play)
Record 4-3-1, +60.49, RoR 8.64%
5/08
F5 Angels +107, Soriano/Perez
All kinds of contrarian crap applies to the “apparent” probability of both teams here. The Angels, and Soriano have faced a brutal schedule thus far with 28 of their 36 opponents being over .500. That is 77.8%. The Pirates counter with 59.5% over .500, but that still is not the same as the Angels have faced. Compensating for that (by my secret formula) I find the Angels with a team power rating slightly higher than the Pirates. Thus far Soriano and Perez look comparable, but Perez is more likely to regress. All things considered I think we have a false favorite here. Include the Angels 3-1 vs lefty and the Pirates 9-15 vs righty and you have another valuable angle. Toss out the “visitor on getaway day” theory and there you have it.

Soriano was cruising. It's almost as though his meds (or something else) disappeared instantly. They could win FG, and if they do I will be using that emoticon with the guy beating his head on the brick wall.

Yeah man I feel you. Walks will always get you in the end. Douche just stopped pitching and was only throwing. You will bounce back. BOL!

Luck is always part of the equation; we know that and we live with it. BUT, some days it is all good or all bad, and that makes us laugh or groan. Science will never find a way for us to control luck or we would all win a billion dollar lottery. Like the Angels, the D-bax came right back with the go ahead run, top of the 6th

Tomorrow I doubt I will probably not have a pick. Only seven games and none are attractive so far. However; I will have a post I would like all regulars to read.
Thank You
