Best bet of the season so far, not only the month tonight when the Phillies play in Atlanta.
To make the play simple, it is actually forecast based on a number of my strongest indicators all alining at once. Those of you that know my past post on these types plays (if not feel free to read my history) are aware I have a great track record in these games.
Tonight we will focus squarely on the total of 7 being to low.
I am aware of the season that Cliff Lee is having and his recent success against the Braves... However, consider lee has pitched 23 innings in his last 3 starts starting with 100 pitches, then 117 then topping it off with a 120 pitches last time out. There is no rest for the weary here.
The Braves, are hanging onto the wildcard slot in the NL and will bee looking to avenge a Lee shuotut the last time the teams met in Philly. Let's not get too wrapped up in that outing ...as the Phillies have dropped 3 of the last 4 against the Braves SU when Lee starts.
Although the Phils only scored 3 last night, the bats came back late in the game. In reality, the Phils left 18 on base last night (the first step in putting together a monster game.) The Losing streak for the Phillies is over, tonight they too will put up some runs in the warm muggy air of Philadelphia (that is an over haven in late summer.)
Don't be weary of Atlanta Starter Delgato's recent good outings (since September) 2 were agianst a AAA Marlins team, San Fran and the Dodgers...
