opening day I love it.. beginning of season all plays 1 unit.
Tigers-150 Boy do i love the way that Justin Verlander pitches. He will have a HUGE season this year. The bats to back up his pitching is what sold me on this play and they are playing at home.
Nationals/Pirates ML parlay. I feel that there is 100% value in this play playing either team alone is too steep of a price on opening day. The Pirates have been dominating scoring runs at will. And Murphy and Young are out for the Mets today. Strasburg is on the mound vs Gee and i will take Strasburg anyday.. fun play for me.
Redsox-119 World series champs back in action! While the Orioles always play the Sox tough and I believe will have a great season this is strictly a PITCHING MATCHUP that i LOVE. Give me Lester any day of the week this guy is a beast. While Tillman can pitch if it comes down to late innings I want the Sox bullpen any day of the week.

adding the Marlins-147 Hernandez is a beast and he's only 21 years old! I was actually at Citi Field when he made his Major League Debut against the Mets a couple years ago when he was just 19 years old! This kid is a beast and throws like no other. He can also hit as well as anyone. While La Rosa can most definitely throw for the Rockies I will take the bats in the Marlins lineup to win this one.

I actually met his uncle at Citi Field when he made his debut I was smoking a cig and his uncle was smoking a fat Cuban cigar and the guy that worked there told me who he was and I went up and shook his hand lol..
yeah parlayforlife you must love your parlays ! lol can tell by your name! ill do a big parlay here and there just for fun.. I had a 4 teamer and just need the Angel's to hit but its not looking so good right now =( oh well still positive units on the day.

ton of late inning meltdowns cost me all 3 losses. But that's how baseball goes. couple for today and I'm jacking up the units on one play.
YANKEES-145 [3 units]... CC is starting on the mound today for the Yanks and all the newcomers are making their debut. They all will want to start the season on a positive note and I dont see them not doing that against a lousy Astros team. 2 unit play for me.
DODGERS-145 .. Greinke is on the mound for LA and the Dodgers are coming off a loss that Wilson blew for them. I look for them to bounce back today and score a ton of runs off of Ian Kennedy whose pitching for the Padres.
ATHLETICS-131 .. Scott Kazmir is on the mound for the A's today and i think he will have a great season and start 2014 off with a win. They lost a tough one last night not getting much production from their lineup only getting 5 hits and scoring no runs. Look for that to change today with Cluber pitching who really isnt their number 2 starter but because of the loss of Kazmir and Jimenez he must fill that spot.
ANGELS/RAYS ML parlay .. I really wanted to just play the Angels straight up but -170 is to steep of a price for me this early in the season.. CJ Wilson is on the mound and he is a straight beast.. Very confident in an Angels win and to finish off the parlay I like the chances of Alex Cobb and the Rays to grab another W against Toronto.

your write-ups are very elementary..You'd almost be better off just stating the team rather then have "Verlander is good", "this guy is beast", "this team is going to score a lot of runs." Sound like a 7 y/o.

lol thanks Hollywood and Brobeans I do have my GED if you didn't know so I guess that counts for something. don't read if you don't want to no ones forcing you to come into my thread and start hating. but I mean that's what young fat kids that don't get laid do is they hate through their computer cause it makes them feel better. I don't blame you guys though it must suck being fat and ugly.
and Demps yes early in the season I lean toward favs especially at home since its the beginning of their rotation and the pitching is much more powerful.
