Rangers F5 -122 (Elias / Lewis)

I have been picking on the Rangers mercilessly versus right handed starters, but Elias is not right handed, Lewis is, and that reverses everything for both clubs. The “stupid” line makers opened the Rangers at -140 and the public has swamped them with bets on the Mariners, so if the Rangers win you can expect some “it was fixed” posts. Have we had a “Vegas Mistake” post yet?

Only play today. A much bigger and better card tomorrow.

Key, What are your thoughts on the U4.5. I can get it a + money. Although Lewis had a crappy ST ERA, he pitched 7 innings of no run ball against Seattle. Elias has pitched decent in his two starts, giving up only 1 and 2 runs in the 1st five. Thanks and good luck tonight.

I give up on the Rangers. 3 for 15 and banging into 3 double plays in 5 innings tells me they can't hit lefties either. Can't hit righties, can't hit lefties, can't hit at home. They ought to trade Darvish, fourth and fifth place teams don't need a guy like that.

Yeah glad I didn't tag along, just playing my original two and that's it. Fielder and Arencebia are making Mario Mendoza look like a batting champion. Tomorrow looks way stronger anyways. This team to me in theory should hit right handers better but who knows, like you said they can't hit anything right now.

You don't take every little thing seriously do you? Ever hear of "tongue in cheek" comments? They are not going to put Darvish out there and it would be foolish because sometime during his career (maybe this year, maybe next) the Rangers will once again hit the ball.
