Every time I get a pitcher on my fantasy team they get shelled!

What are your thoughts on Sea +.5 (F5) and the under 3.5. Extra innings last night, Verlander's last four visits to SEA haven't been good, and Detroit only having seen Iwakuma once.

Sea +.5 EV (F5) I like it, but I am wrong 70% of the time soooo...
