Twins at +102 looking worthy of consideration.  Nolasco been better than his ERA would indicate.

I scored on Nolasco about 10 days ago when his teammates were swinging at a lefty. Not gonna push my luck though when he faces a superior (to him) righty. I honestly think Ricky is about washed up and we won't get many chances to back him but some to fade him. jmho

$242 Padres, +118 (Ross/Weaver)

Padres: I should have made this call much earlier but thought the line would get a little better when the home boys came in on the Angels, my mistake, sorry about that. There is still plenty of margin between probability and payback though, we just didn’t get the fire sale price available this morning. The Angels don’t hit any better than the Padres and both are playing in the same pitchers stadium, so I have to ride the far superior pitcher, and Ross is, 74.9/63 (59.5 cents line value). Angel fans have to get used to the idea Weaver and Wilson will never lead them to the Promised Land, that job has been handed off to Richards, Santiago and Shoemaker.

Please note I made a small mistake in the amount I should have increased the risk factor this morning. It should have been $242. I will stand good in the record for the 3 wagers at $249, but it is now corrected and the new $242 will stand until I say otherwise.

Any thoughts on Price at -111 tomorrow? It feels like a trap, but I still like it with the way Oakland has been struggling against lefties and how awful their bullpen has been.

hey Key--

i respect your opinion a lot man and i had a question for you about first 5's...

yesterday i took the Giants on the First 5 innings bet which lost, only to see them erupt for 7 runs in the SIXTH against Lohse

obviously u took them full game and reaped the rewards of that 6th inning... is it just completely flawed logic by me taking the first 5 because i was betting almost solely on the pitching matchup? or is this just very results oriented thinking to think this way...

i guess im just curious why you choose to bet the full game instead of first 5 when baseball is so starting pitcher dependant.... is there more or less variance when taking the first 5? i originally thought less but now i might have changed my mind and may start betting full games...
