But the Cards came through for me and I'm waiting for the Nationals to come through, also.

I wanted to get back into this thread to make it clear that I'm cognizant that the fat lady ain't sung yet ... especially now that the Mets have now scored 3 runs, so now it's a 5-run game with plenty of time left over for the Mets to win.

Baseball is wildly unpredictable!

Regardless of the outcome of this game, I think that Key's call on the Marlins is a very good one, on the strength of their scoring 8 runs early in the game.

It's not all that common that a road dog of +150, or so, scores 8 runs by the 4th inning of a game with no runs for the home favorite.

I would say that if you laid all that juice on a team that needed a miracle 9 run comeback to win, you are a useless capper.

You should try learning to cap sports, instead of laying big MLs on teams simply because you think 'they're coming out of a funk sometime. You're right, they will. Eventually. But wtf lays big juice praying it's today?
