I was actually leaning under with Moyer pitching and the wind factor.  I backed off because the trend for these teams is the over.  JABIRM if you go to the covers scoreboard and click on matchup on the game you will find some good info.  The weather will be on the right hand side.  Also you can view the umpire near the bottom of the page and get and idea of what kind of totals happen when he is calling the shots.
