Well, I've never been a fan of the Rays coming home off a road trip, over the years they haven't been good that first game back. Let's add the departure of Arozarena and Zach Eflin, hard to imagine the locker room effect of losing 2 well liked and important players, never mind that Yandy Diaz, still their best player IMO is and has been away for personal reasons and no one seems to know exactly why.
Lodolo has been good for the Reds this year but had minor struggles recently. However, he's been solid OTR. Shane Baz off a two year injury hiatus, just hasn't looked good in his return, he walked 5 his last start vs NYY. I've only missed seeing one start and until he impresses, hard to back he and this Rays team.
You can see where we're going with all this and the Reds are dynamic on the base path. Just seems like a good spot for them at the Trop tonight as much a bad spot for the Rays. Of course it's baseball and the Rays could be pissed about these trades and play well, just don't think that's how it plays out though.
Gimme Pete, Johnny, Joe, Davey, Tony, George, and the many other outstanding players the Reds have had over the years -

As always good luck to all!

3 starts, 13.2 innings. Went 6 his first game vs Texas but his WHIP, he's allowed 24 baserunners in those 13.2 innings. If the Reds get on base, they're going to run, they create problems on the base path. I'd be a surprised if he got to the 6th inning the way he's been pitching.
